Certification 

Certification:  Certified Professional Coder (CPC®)

A gold standard and one of the most recognized medical coding credentials — certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Exam Included 

For each certification, you will receive one exam voucher to take your final exam When you are ready to take an exam, you can contact CareerStep. They will email you the exam voucher and provide you with the certifying organization’s website so you can view exam locations nearest to you and schedule the exam. The vouchers expire 6 months after issuance, which is why they are not automatically sent when you complete the program. Students usually need time to prepare. Students need to request the exam vouchers within 6 months of completing the program.
